Our school break camps are 4-5 day camps depending on the school year scheduled off days. The school break camps are a mixture of skills training, skills development, and outside activity implementation. Many people ask what is outside activity implementation? At Premier we believe having players participate in other activities outside of baseball & softball for short periods of time will help increase athletic performance and mental efficiency. Players will participate in several non baseball / softball activities that will be relevant to their athletic growth and development. An example of a Premier School Break Baseball / Softball Camp Day:
- 9am–Check In
- 9:15am–Active Warm Up
- 9:30am–11am–Skills sessions
- 11am–12:15pm Competition or outside activity
- 12:15pm–1pm Lunch
- 1pm-2pm–Primary position defensive skills
- 2pm-2:45pm–Team focus
- 2:45pm-3pm–Breakdown & camp recap
- 3pm–Dismissal
